Astonish Fann, BA (they/she)

You may feel like you're constantly trying to fit into spaces that were never designed for you. Maybe you're exploring your gender identity, sexuality, relationships, or sense of self. Maybe you're carrying shame, struggling with body image, navigating anxiety, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are.

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I offer an affirming space where you can show up as your full self—without having to explain, justify, or minimize your experiences. Together, we'll explore the questions, challenges, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building greater self-understanding, confidence, and connection.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent adults, and those navigating identity exploration, sexual shame, body image concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in comprehensive sex education and reproductive healthcare. Those experiences deepened my passion for helping people challenge harmful messages about identity, sexuality, and self-worth while creating space for curiosity, growth, and healing.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in a feminist, intersectional lens. I recognize that our identities, relationships, and social environments shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. In therapy, we'll move at your pace, honoring your experiences while creating meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.

You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
