ABOUT ME

I'm Cassidy Brown

PLPC, she/her

I want to help you create a life where you can show up fully– messy parts and all—without having to keep performing, over-functioning, or holding everything together on your own. My work is grounded in Brainspotting, ACT, and a strong mind-body approach, honoring the kind of healing that happens in an attuned relationship.  I specialize in working with C-PTSD survivors, queer femmes/bi+ folks, eldest daughters, high-achieving perfectionists, and couples ready for deeper connection.  Let’s slow down, tune inward, and gently process what’s been held beneath the surface.

MY PRACTICE

My approach is grounded in feminist and queer theory, honoring the ways systems, power, and identity shape our lived experience. I work well with folks who’ve long been the steady one on the surface, while carrying pressure, relationship wounds, or stories about being “too much” or not enough underneath. Together, we untangle those roles, ease the weight of responsibility, and reconnect with parts of you that haven’t had space to breathe.

"Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable"
