Hey there! I’m Cassidy and I work with adults, couples, and in groups. This being a human thing can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, can’t it? Whether it’s navigating the messy, unspoken parts of your identity, carrying the weight of past wounds, or simply trying to make sense of emotions that seem too big to handle, my focus is cultivating a space where you can be fully seen, without having to hide any parts of yourself. Healing happens in connection, and I believe that by showing up together—bringing our full selves into the room—we can explore these challenges in a way that feels both grounded and affirming.
My approach to therapy is deeply relational—I believe healing happens through connection, not correction. Whether you're grappling with long-standing emotional pain, identity struggles, or the impacts of early or ongoing trauma, I offer a space where every part of you is welcome. I often use parts work, somatic and experiential practices, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself that might have been silenced or misunderstood. Together, we listen to what your body and inner world are trying to say—not to pathologize, but to understand and support your system in moving toward healing. With a background as a wellness coach and yoga teacher, I bring a holistic, embodied perspective to therapy, helping you stay connected to the present moment while navigating difficult emotions or memories.
My practice is informed by feminist and queer theories, which guide me in understanding how systems of power and oppression shape our experiences. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ folks as they explore identity, intimacy, and resilience within and beyond these contexts. I offer couples therapy for those wanting to build deeper connections, repair ruptures, and grow together with greater authenticity and care.
I'm also deeply interested in supporting clients in exploring their relationships to desire, pleasure, body image, and sexual identity. Whether you're healing from sexual trauma, navigating mismatched desire in a relationship, or wanting to reconnect with your erotic self, I approach these topics with openness, care, and a nonjudgmental stance. I believe that sexuality—like everything else in therapy—deserves space to be explored with honesty and compassion.
If you're carrying stories that feel heavy, fragmented, or unspoken, I invite you into a space where we can hold them together—with tenderness, curiosity, and the belief that healing is possible, even when it doesn’t feel linear or easy. You don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
