Hey there! I’m Cassidy, and I’m a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) who works with adults, couples, and in groups. This “being a human” thing can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, can’t it? If you’re carrying old wounds, chronic shame, or questions about who you are and how you want to live, you don’t have to sort it out alone. I’m here to cultivate a space where you can be fully seen– even the messy bits.
I might be a good fit if...
On the outside, you’re thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed to your work, your values, and the people you care about. You show up, engage, and hold complexity with care. Perhaps you’ve learned how to fit into many spaces, but don’t quite feel like you belong anywhere. You can make sense of things for others, but still struggle to find language for your own needs or space where you can exist without explanation.
You might be navigating relationships that don't align with expectations, or experiencing attraction, desire, or identity that feel more nuanced than your environments easily make room for. Or maybe you’re ready to take your relationship from good to great, and want to redefine how that looks.
How I approach this work...
I’ve spent 20 years in the mental health field in a variety of roles, and that experience shapes how I connect with clients. Becoming a certified yoga teacher also deepened my understanding of how closely the mind and body are linked; mindfulness practices and yoga philosophy are foundational to how I view the world.
At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens in connection, not correction. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to get curious with you and help you understand your inner world with more compassion, less isolation. Together we can slow things down enough to actually listen…like, really listen… to what your emotions, body, and patterns have to communicate.
My approach is grounded in feminist and queer theory, honoring the ways systems, power, and identity shape our lived experience. I work well with folks who’ve long been the steady one on the surface, while carrying pressure, relationship wounds, or stories about being “too much” or not enough underneath. Together, we untangle those roles, ease the weight of responsibility, and reconnect with parts of you that haven’t had space to breathe.
Drawing from Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts work/IFS, I integrate both body-based and insight-oriented practices to help you tune back into your body and support deep, lasting healing. That might look like gently processing experiences held in the nervous system, building a more compassionate relationship with the different “parts” of you, and loosening the grip of perfectionism, avoidance, or hyper-independence, so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and free.

If you’re carrying stories that feel heavy or unspoken, I invite you into a space where we can hold them with tenderness and curiosity. A place where it’s ok to be unpolished and sometimes messy. A place where you can rewrite the rules for your life. You don’t have to do it alone. We’ve got this, together.
