Community sound bath experience for adults who want to relieve stress and center relaxation

  • From 25 US dollars
  • Brick City Yoga

Service Description

How can attending a sound healing group be beneficial? Attending sound healing sessions has been scientifically proven to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which allows the body to go into a “rest and digest” state. This state deepens relaxation and connection to the body, improves sleep, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, slows and synchronizes brain waves for better health and performance to restore harmony in the mind and body. Participating in group sound healing not only gives you the healing benefits of sound, but also experiences of interpersonal resonance, which increases intimacy, pleasant feelings, a sense of belonging, and mutual support. Facilitator: Melony Crayton, PLPC, Certified Sound Bath Practitioner ***Please arrive no later than 5 minutes of the class beginning. We will be discussing and setting intentions before the start of each sound bath setting and late arrivals will be disruptive to the process. If you will be more than 5 minutes late, email us at, and we'll transfer your registration to another class. Already familiar with the power of sound healing and looking to go into a more consistent and deeper practice? Check out our 6-week sound therapy group, Rest & Resonance!
