This is a group therapy experience focused on healing your relationship with food, eating, exercise and body image through creative expression. You do not need to be an artist, or identify as a creative person to participate. Expressive Arts Therapy is all about process over product!

This is an 8-week group for LGBTQIA+ student-athletes (ages 14+). We'll have a physical meet up location in the Greater St. Louis Area and a virtual meet up for anyone else who'd like to join the community. The group is grounded in psychoeducation focusing on factors unique to the mental well-being of LGBTQIA+ student-athletes.
