Group Therapy Consultation with Melony

Service Description

Interested in joining one of our therapy groups? Great -- we'd love to have you! But first, we want to meet with you for a brief consultation to discuss your interests and to make sure this group will fit your needs. Current Groups: --Nurturing Our Attachment Wounds (In-person) This group is for BIPOC adults (18 +) who have experienced emotionally unavailable and immature parent(s) in childhood and adulthood. Participants desire to develop the awareness and skills needed to feel emotionally safe in their relationships. --Undermothered (In-person) This group is for all adult women (18 +) who want to explore the relational and psychological impact of their relationship with their mothers. --Rest & Resonance (In-person) This 6-week therapy group is a combination of sound bath and therapy for releasing chronic stress through prioritizing mind/body balance, self-soothing, and grounding.
