Service Description

Anna (she/her) is a certified sexuality coach and sexological bodyworker in training. She helps to integrate different levels of consciousness through the practice of movement to extend and connect what your body is trying to express when your words are not enough. She believes that the use of art can be a power tool for releasing the body from painful society norms and destructive life rules. As a Somatic Sex Coach, Anna brings your body to the center during your healing and discovery process. She embraces the possibility of letting your subconscious speak up and is here to support you in shaping new meaning and creating cohesive stories within you. She currently offers sex and relationship coaching for those looking to integrate body movement and awareness (Somatics) as well as an 8-week program for intimacy building for adult adoptees. How this works: 1) You will schedule a day and time for your first session. 2) Complete your booking at checkout. 3) Meet with Anna on your scheduled date. 4) If you booked a package, you will schedule the remaining dates of your selected package during your first session. -Payment plan via PayLater is available at checkout. -Insurance cannot be billed for coaching services. Special note: While Healing Exchange offers therapy, coaching services are not to be mistaken for therapy services.

To avoid late cancellation and no call/no show fees, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel/reschedule our appointment.
