Safeword: Power & Play

This initial session will focus on co-creating what this group can be by shaping shared intentions, community agreements, and the kinds of conversations participants want to have. We’ll also include space for reflection, discussion, and light psychoeducation, along with resources to support continued learning.

This is a nonjudgmental space open to adults (18+) of all identities and experience levels who are willing to both give and receive support within a group space. While the group is facilitated by a therapist, it is not a clinical or therapy group and does not focus on diagnosis or treatment.

Whether you’re new to these conversations or more experienced, you’re welcome here.
