STL Queer Support Group

This quarterly queer support group offers a welcoming, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ adults to connect, reflect, and be supported in community. Facilitated by Cassidy Brown, PLPC, the group is grounded in a relational, collaborative approach that values authenticity, mutual respect, and shared meaning-making. The therapist works alongside participants to foster emotional safety, deepen connection, and support exploration of identity, relationships, and lived experiences within a supportive group setting.

Group Objectives

• Foster connection and belonging through relational engagement and shared experience.

• Support participants in exploring identity and relationships in ways that honor autonomy, boundaries, and individual needs.

• Encourage emotional awareness, self-compassion, and relational resilience within and outside of the group

**Please note this group is a supportive, psychoeducational offering and is not therapy nor a substitute for individual or group mental health treatment.

Tickets are 'Pay What You Can' with all proceeds going to our Accessibility Fund which is used for mutual aid.
