LCSW Supervision

Service Description

Rafaella's supervision style stems from a combination of administrative, educational, practice, and supportive approaches. She'll implement elements of several approaches, including competency, humility, proficiency; systems; decolonizing mental health and supervision; and, efficacy, measurement-based care to our clinical supervision sessions, with a concentration on self-care, professional development and ethical conduct. All supervision sessions will be conducted in an atmosphere of open communication and mutual respect. Should any dissonance or disagreements arise, they will be handled in the same manner. You agree to come prepared to discuss pertinent cases concerns to each supervision session and will exhibit openness to discussing issues surrounding your own clinical development. The use of the following may be incorporated: -Case discussion -In-person clinical observation -Virtual clinical observation -Review of audio and/or visual recording of clinical work These approaches will be applied in an individual and group space. ​When available, all supervisees will have the option to participate in group supervision/consultation for more diverse supervision and training experience. ​Areas of Practice ​-Individual therapy (relationship, sex, and trauma) -Group therapy -Psycho-education -Sexuality education and coaching -Suicide pre-post-intervention -Crisis Intervention -Curriculum development -EMDR, Gottman, Sensate Focus, Somatic/Embodiment, IFS, Prepare/Enrich, CPT -Business and private practice management PRICE -Individual - $75 per 1 hour meeting -Group - $55 per 2 hour meeting -Discount - $200 per month for 4 hours of meeting when paid in full Reminder: Supervisees are required to meet for a minimum of 4 hours of supervision each month. Up to 2 hours can be in a group setting.
