Service Description

In-between sessions provide the space for clients to process, build connections, think aloud, share experiences, and more with someone who is there to listen, empathize and support you. I am a social work student and intern who has experience and is comfortable holding space for big thoughts and feelings. In-between sessions are available for when you need someone to talk to who cares about your wellbeing and is willing to sit in whatever it is with you. The same ethics of confidentiality apply to these sessions as they would to your sessions with your therapist or coach. I am not there to take notes or diagnose, rather, my goal is to make you feel seen and heard, and help you listen to your own voice. Sometimes we just need a soundboard. These sessions will look different for everyone – maybe we need to laugh, maybe we need to cry, maybe there are prolonged moments of silence and reflection. The goal will be to meet you, the client, where you are in your process. Session Setting 💻 Virtual Sessions Have a busy schedule or need to chat from the comfort of your own home or space? Let’s chat virtually. Appointments can be made on Mondays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays/Sundays. ✅ Special note: While Healing Exchange offers therapy, this education and wellness service is not meant to replace or be mistaken for mental health therapy or a crisis intervention service.
