About the event

When it comes to meditation sometimes it feels a lot harder and more complicated than what it actually is. You might have thoughts like, "I don't know how to meditate," and, "I just can't seem to concentrate." But at the root, meditation is the process of building awareness and giving yourself permission to acknowledge your thoughts and let them go.

Or maybe you aren't new to meditation but would appreciate some accountability and community. Wherever you are with your relationship with meditation we welcome you to join us in a meditation series will help to:

  • Ground yourself in the present moment.

  • Take a step back from the bustle to give you a zoomed out view.

  • Connect with how your heart-mind resonates with the theme of the day.

  • Develop more emotional awareness.
