About the event
When it comes to meditation sometimes it feels a lot harder and more complicated than what it actually is. You might have thoughts like, "I don't know how to meditate," and, "I just can't seem to concentrate." But at the root, meditation is the process of building awareness and giving yourself permission to acknowledge your thoughts and let them go.
Or maybe you aren't new to meditation but would appreciate some accountability and community. Wherever you are with your relationship with meditation we welcome you to join us in a meditation series will help to:

- Take a step back from the bustle to give you a zoomed out view.
- Connect with how your heart-mind resonates with the theme of the day.

Partha is a psychologist, Life Alignment practitioner and musician. His approach to therapy is grounded in offering concrete strategies of tackling issues that limit people from functioning to their highest potential by intuitively and co-creatively discovering the root causes of their issues across space and time, and how to shift them in the present.
